Additional information

  • Once you have received an offer of a place, to secure your place you will need to return a signed acceptance form and a confirmation payment. The confirmation payment consists of:
    1. Unless otherwise indicated in your offer letter, a deposit of 50% of your tuition fees
    2. Insurance payment for StudyCare Insurance Plus if applicable
  • Before commencing your programme you will also be required to pay any accommodation fees (if applicable) as set out in your individualised payment plan in your offer letter.
  • The balance of your fees are payable on enrolment.

In certain circumstances, payment by instalment can be accepted as set out below:

  • For courses starting in September: 50% prior to enrolment* and 50% by 31 January.
  • For courses starting in January: 50% prior to enrolment and 50% by 31 May.

Please refer to the terms and conditions for the consequences of non-compliance with the payment terms as set out above.

*This is usually met as part of the deposit condition. If your condition is to pay less than 50%, or you incur any bank charges when making the payment, the remaining balance of 50% must be paid prior to enrolment.

All international students should have accident and medical insurance for the duration of their time in the UK. This will make you feel more secure because not having the proper cover can be extremely difficult and expensive.

You can take out our own StudyCare Insurance Plus policy or alternative cover with a third party. The StudyCare Insurance Plus policy covers loss of personal possessions as well as providing health and medical insurance. It is specifically designed for international students’ needs during your studies at the International Study Centre and, if required, after progressing to your university. Insurance cover is offered for flexible terms of up to 12 and up to 24 months, allowing you to choose a policy duration that fits your needs.

We recommend that all students take out our own StudyCare Insurance Plus Policy or an adequate alternative.
