Expansion at University of Huddersfield - London
The University of Huddersfield – London is pleased to announce an exciting expansion of its facilities, designed to enhance the student experience and support future growth.
Following a successful first academic year (2025/26), postgraduate students are already thriving across postgraduate taught programmes including Management, International Business, Computing and Marketing. The campus is now preparing to welcome its first cohort of undergraduate students in September 2026.
To meet increasing demand, a brand-new floor has been added to the Colour Works building at Sugar House Island, creating a range of modern, student-focused facilities.
Students can look forward to:
- Five large classrooms
- Study areas with an IT suite
- A collaborative space equipped with a TV and smart board
- Group work booths and informal drop-in spaces
- A student common room
- A kitchen area with kettle, microwave, and hot/cold water (students should bring their own food and drinks)
- Water bottle refill stations
Students will also benefit from:
- New prayer rooms on the existing fifth floor
- Access to a shared common room in the nearby Ink House (located opposite Colour Works), with vending machines and microwaves.
